56 elderly people deceased in the outcome of this war crime.

“Cynically and on purpose. They just brought the tank, parked it in front of the building and started shoting”, says Luhansk governor Serhiy Hayday. “Those 56 people who left to live their last days in the building deceased instantly. 15 who survived were kidnapped and brought to the occupied territory in Svatove, to the local regional geriatric home. It’s still impossible to reach the site of the tragedy”.

Currently, there’s not a single settlement in Luhansk region that would not suffer from Russian bombs, missiles and shells. Russists turned towns and villages that recently were full of peaceful life into multi-story ruins. Every district looks as if it’s a location from a horror movie… Whole neighborhoods and streets are not fit for living…

“One-story part of Kreminna town, and the Borivske village near Severodonetsk – this is how Luhansk region looks like – it all turned into ashes. Families left without their dwellings. Luhansk region left without its people. Some individuals became refugees for the second time. Russians can’t possibly understand what it means to leave their homes twice. These are lives that were destroyed twice. The dead… Orcs took dozens of lives, and many still remain where there was shooting before… We cannot bury plenty of people as we’re supposed ato. The horde, the orcs… you can’t describe it any other way. They’re not humans”, said Luhansk governor. “In 25 days, we became stronger. We became powerful. We will take the blow. We will prevail. We will rebuild what’s destroyed. Luhansk region will become different, and these people – we can’t forget or forgive. The Russians need to understand that…”.
