«A dead body was found under the debris in Lysychansk. Later, the neighborhoods of Severodonetsk came under attack, too; three multi-tory houses were engulfed in flames, and people were blocked in some of these houses. The rescue teams managed to save two people, and one more deceased, unfortunately. In the evening, Russians once again opened fire on the central part of Lysychansk, damaging the building of utility service», said Luhansk governor Serhiy Hayday.
Later, it became known about the death of a girl from Lysychansk, which was only 19 months old. She deceased after two difficult surgeries. The child suffered in the artillery attack on the house where her family used to live. The entire family was wounded when the shell exploded. The lives of parents are beyond danger now. Doctors are now struggling to save life of the little girl’s older brother…
The search and rescue crews continued to provide supplies of humanitarian aid, evacuation of people and transportation of injured civilians to medical facilities.
