For almost a week now I have been receiving calls and messages from friends, acquaintances and acquaintances of acquaintances asking to find out what happened to their relatives who stayed in Bucha, Gostomel, Vorzel, Irpen and help to take them to a safe place.

Their relatives do not get in touch. On the eighth day, we do not know what happened to our colleagues and their families who live in Vorzel and Nemishayevo.

Because towns-satellites of Kyiv, surrounded by Russian troops or controlled by them, lack electricity, water, and there is a catastrophic shortage of food and medicine. And no one has these basic things that any modern person is used to: neither the residents who sit in cold basements, nor the local authorities, deputies, businessmen and so on. Because war does not give preferences to anyone.  Except for death… The other day the rashists shot the mayor of Gostomel and wounded the mayor of Bucha. And last Sunday (by the way, Forgiven according to the church calendar) fans of Christian, but exclusively «Russian values» in Irpen just shot in the street a local family with two minor children who tried to escape on foot from hell, arranged by Putin's «liberators».

Russian occupying forces, breaking into the capital for two weeks, in fact, laid siege to the cities of Irpin, Vorzel, Bucha, Gostomel, Borodyanka… And their inhabitants were taken hostage to their terrorist operation. The situation is critical.  Close to a humanitarian catastrophe. The occupiers are blocking the delivery of food, water and basic necessities. They stop the cars of entrepreneurs, volunteers who transport all these things to people, fire at them, take away cargo, intimidate… A similar situation is with violation of all humanitarian law by Putin's attackers not only in Kyiv but also in Sumy, Kherson, Donetsk and other places.

On 6th and 8th March, Russian invaders thwarted the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol (a city under siege): when, after some arrangements for the evacuation of Mariupol, a single route was opened, the enemy launched an attack in the direction of the humanitarian corridor.

The evacuation of civilians was allegedly agreed upon in advance. This is the main issue (at least we are officially informed), which was considered at the talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations, which took place on 6th-7th March.

On Monday (7.03) in the morning the official speakers of the Ukrainian authorities announced an «act of humane generosity» from Moscow. Last night a letter arrived from Russia with a proposal (at the personal request of French President Macron – emphasis added) to declare a regime of silence from 10:00 on 7th March and open humanitarian corridors from Kiev (Kyiv, Gostomel, Rakivka, Sosnivka, Ivankiv, etc.) to Belarus with further delivery by air to Russia. And from Kharkiv and Sumy, Moscow approves the «corridor» by rail and road directly to Russia.

Of course, Kyiv refused. Because that is the highest degree of «humane» cynicism from the aggressor: to drive people into the hell of war, and then «save» them by taking them prisoner. It seems that the Kremlin dictator has an exacerbation of «creative peacekeeping».

On the same day, in the interval between the rounds of negotiations, information was received from official sources that the Russian side is currently refusing to organize «green corridors» from the settlements captured and surrounded by the occupying forces. They say this is a personal instruction of Vladimir Putin not to give «good» to any humanitarian corridors.

On Monday evening, 2,000 civilians were removed from Irpen, Bucha and Gostomel. However, in the territories controlled by the Russian occupation forces (Makariv, Gostomel, a part of the Borodyanka district) at that time more than four thousand Ukrainians were waiting to be evacuated.

On the night of 8th March, fighting took place in Irpen, Makarov, and Gostomel.  The Ukrainian authorities were ready for a large-scale evacuation of people, but only in conditions of guaranteed silence. Kyiv's actions to save citizens from the trap of Russian terror are limited by the fact that the enemy is covered by civilians as a human shield. The Russian armed forces are firing from peaceful settlements.  They understand that the Ukrainian army will not shoot at its citizens.

On 8th March, the first stage of evacuation of Sumy residents through the «green corridor» was successfully completed. In the afternoon they reached the Poltava region.

On 9th March, according to official reports from the Ukrainian authorities, the Russian Federation agreed to cease fire from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the evacuation of people along Kyiv's proposed routes:

Energodar – Zaporozhye

Sumy – Poltava

Mariupol – Zaporozhye

Volnovakha – Pokrovsk

Raisins – Lozova

Vorzel, Bucha, Borodyanka, Irpin, Gostomel – Kyiv (via the villages of Stoyanka, Belogorodka).

A separate special operation to evacuate 55 children and 26 staff members from the Vorzel orphanage «Malyatko» has also been agreed upon. As of Wednesday, the most difficult situation was in the settlements of Bucha district of Kyiv region, it was close to a humanitarian catastrophe.

During the day, the President's Office announced the beginning of the evacuation of people from Energodar to Zaporizhia.

This is a general picture of rescuing Ukrainians through humanitarian corridors from the hot spots set on fire by Russian troops because the situation changes every hour.
