Russian propaganda and fake news are already being spread across these territories, and the Russian TV starts working there. Serhiy Hayday, the chairman of Luhansk regional state administration reported that, asking the residents not to afraid of the occupants and not to help the enemy.
«Don’t be afraid of the occupants, don’t believe their propaganda, save your life and trust in Ukraine. Do not join the enemy’s ranks, serve only your people and our country. Don’t help the murderers, do not join their terrorist groups, do not betray your country. Believe in Victory!”, Serhiy Hayday said.
According to the governor, Luhansk region is among the hottest spots in Ukraine now. Russians that occupied these areas oppress the civilians and disperse peaceful protesters, shooting in the air.
«Occupants shell the entire territory that is now controlled by Ukraine. The situation is tough, and the attacks are observed everywhere - in Hirska community, Popasna, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Rubizhne and Kreminna. This is where the defense line is located. The Russians attack the infrastructure, schools, hospitals, kindergartens; they shell water pipelines and gas pipelines, aim for the power networks. Dozens of deceased and wounded among the civilian population», Hayday reported.
The morning of March 12 in Severodonetsk started with intensive shooting; the Russian fascists already have this behavior of waking the citizens up with firing from Grad MRLS. The occupants want to erase Severodonetsk from the face of the Earth. The town lies in ruins, and the residents stay in bomb shelters almost all the time. For the last several days, people can’t raise their heads.
The problem with humanitarian cargo becomes more and more urgent. These are delivered in all possible ways: by cars, buses, trucks and trains. People get the hygiene goods, medications whenever possible. In Lysychansk and Severodonetsk, additional centers for distribution of humanitarian aid are created. There will be two such centres in each of the big cities, for more comfort among civilians. Mobile network connection still works on Ukraine-controlled territory, but there are major connection breakdowns. Maintenance crews continue to pay efforts to restore communications.
