When the Security Service of Ukraine released the fragment of intercepted phone conversation between a russian occupant and his wife who urged him to commit sexual crimes («OK, come on, go and rape Ukrainian chicks. Just protect yourself»), they managed to identify these two perverts. They are a married couple who came to the captured Crimean peninsula from russia’s Orlovskaya oblast.

27-year-old Roman Bykovskiy is formerly enlisted at Rosgvardia (Special Task Operative Division named after F. Dzerzhinsky). The emblem on his arm patch confirms that after that, he joined the 108th Guards Airborne Assault regiment of Kuban Cossacks of the Red Star Order. That formation was involved in the annexation of Crimea in 2014. His wife Olga Bykovskaya brings up their child. The family moved to Crimea in 2018. In 2022, Bykovsky joined the 7th Guards Airborne Assault Division of the russian army and crossed the border in Kherson region. He was wounded in combat and is now being treated in Sevastopol.

His wife’s regulation about raping Ukrainians, her calm stance in terms of violence, her jokes and laughter in the phone receiver once again prove the complete demise of morality in the russian society. 80 percent of russians not just refuse to blame the atrocities committed by the occupants on the territory of sovereign Ukraine; they support putin and urge him not to wrap up his «special military operation», to see to it that the goal, «to erase the idea of Ukrainism» is achieved. This particular thesis is repeatedly voiced out on the russian TV. Collective Putin (more than 80 percent of russian citizens), which has no human, family or Christian values remains a threat not only for Ukraine, but also for the entire civilized world.

Messages about sexual crimes committed by russian occupants in Ukraine appear every day. Lyudmyla Denisova, the ombudsman of the Ukrainian Parliament reported that one of the confirmed facts was a case of 11-year-old child who was raped by the russian military in front of her mother in Bucha, not far from Kyiv. «The brutality of the russian federation’s army of terrorists and executioners has no limits: she was tied to a chair so that she could watch it. Bucha… There’s no place on Earth or in hell where the russist criminals could escape the payback», Lyudmyla Denisova says. She reiterates that raping is strictly banned by Article 27 of the 1949 Geneva Convention for Protection of Civilian Population during the war.

The Ukrainian ombudsman turned to the UN Committee for investigation of violations of human rights during russia’s military invasion of Ukraine, and to the expert committee created by the OSCE member countries, demanding to take into account these facts of war crimes committed by the russian troops. «Russist occupants must face the harshest punishment», Lyudmyla Denisova stressed.
