It appears that the “Russian culture” can bring up tons of murderers, rapists and marauders, who have already committed thousands of crimes against humanity by now. And the “Russian soul” is full of hatred and anger; the occupants attack humanitarian convoys, drop 500-kg and 1,000-kg bombs on residential buildings, kill children and women, rape and loot people. Russian occupants attacked the Ukrainian nation, which they said they loved so much, destroying its schools, universities, cinema theaters, shrines, libraries and museums – showing no regret or respect for the culture of other nation.

In Zaporizhya region, the Russists destroyed Vasylivsky historical and architectural museum called “Sadyba Popova”, which is a historical site. This is the only castle in the region with jagged walls, several annexes and a stable (built in 1894) that remained intact. The building of horse maneuvering room was damaged during the attacks of Russian invaders. The occupants broke all doors and windows, smashed the furniture and electronic devices. They took whatever they could take with them, including saws and screwdrivers. Among the trophies, they took the marble water closet that dates back to the times of the counts from the Popov family. What’s interesting is that this particular item was stolen by Russian Bolsheviks in the early 20th century. Later, some of their next of kin returned the artifact to museum. And now, the fans of Lenin and Stalin stole the museum item once again. As a matter of fact, it’s no wonder: Ukrainian special services recorded a phone conversation between an occupant and his mother. The Russian woman tells her son that prices in Russia grew up dramatically, and “the ladies buy WCs for 45,000 rubles”.

Ukrainian culture took a devastating loss in the town of Ivankiv in Kyiv region, where the occupants shelled and burned the historical and ethnographic museum that kept some 20 works of the prominent artist Mariya Pryimachenko. The paintings of Ukraine’s artist famous for her works in the naïve art style were exhibited in Canada, Japan, China, Poland, Czech Republic, USA, Finland; unfortunately, they were burned by the hands of Russian arsonists.

In Novi Petrivtsi, Kyiv region, the Russian army used MLRS Grad to shell and damage the reservation called “1943 Battle for Kyiv”, which is a cultural and scientific establishment created in 1945. Kharkiv art museum took damage due to the air strike; a shock wave hit the glass in most of the windows and the legendary literary house called “Slovo”. In the 1930s, great Ukrainian writers – Volodymyr Sosyura, Pavlo Tychyna, Mykola Kulish, Mykola Khvyliovy, Ivan Bahriany lived there. Humorist Ostap Vyshnya and theatre director Les Kurbas were there, too. This is the same house where 33 Ukrainian artists were taken from and delivered to Stalinist work camps. Two of these artists committed a suicide, unable to get used to the Soviet totalitarian regime. This Kharkiv-based house became one of the symbols of Stalin’s oppression in Ukraine, and now also a symbol of barbaric Russia led by Putin.

Ukrainian historian Anatoliy Podolosky described the missile attacks on Kyiv as continuity from Hitler via Stalin to Putin; these projectiles fell near the Babyn Yar, the Holocaust memorial and the old Jewish cemetery. On March 16, at 2.30 p.m. local time, Russian fascists dropped a 1000-kilogram bomb on the building of dramatic theater in Mariupol. About a thousand civilians hid in its basements. The locals used white paint to write “CHILDREN” on the both sides of the building so that it could be seen from the sky. However, it seems that “mysterious Russian soul” believes murder is quite a common thing.
